Fulfillment
Order Processing takes 1-3 business days from the time you place your order. Orders placed for shipping will ship from Crownsville, MD, and should arrive within the timeframe specified by your chosen shipping method.
Pick Up or Local Delivery can be selected at check out, as a no-cost option. Pick-up is available at the Crofton Farmer’s Market on dates posted at checkout and on our social media. Please see the address below. Local delivery is available on the first and third Saturday of each month. In cases where the first of the month falls on the first Saturday, orders will be delivered the following Saturday. Individuals located within 10 miles of 21032 are eligible for Local Delivery.

Refund Policy
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you would like to return within the first 30 days you may return unopened and unused products to us for a refund of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Order Arrived Damaged
If any part of your order arrives damaged, please contact us with pictures so that we can issue a replacement.
Subscription Refunds, Returns, & Cancellations
You can manage your subscription by logging in and going to your account page or contacting us directly. To cancel your subscription, you must notify The School of Fish by the 15th of the prior month to avoid being charged. Subscriptions canceled between the 15th and 31st of a month will receive and be charged for the upcoming month’s order.
Refund Timing
Once your return is received, inspected, and verified a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within (5) five business days.

Shipping Fees
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
